You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item. If the issue is on our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window has passed.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. You will be asked for your preferred refund method during the return process.
